Why My Story Will Shock You... And How After What Seemed To Be An Endless 4 Month Battle, I Eventually Cleared My Acne Within Days.

If you're thinking about using lotions, drugs or any other product to get rid of acne, I'm extremely relieved that you've found my blog because not only will my story shock you, it'll almost certainly save your health, your money as well as a lot of time and heart ache.

I will tell you exactly why over a 4 month period I tried but was forced to give up with Acneticin, Oxycerin and a range of other cleansing bars and products... and how I finally managed to get rid of my acne completely with a unique product called 'Acne Free In 3 Days'.

My name is Sandy Jameson and like so many teenagers and young adults, I spent months desperately trying to get rid of my acne.

I never used to have issue with my skin at all. However, in January 2008, after having perfect skin for so many years I began life at a new college. Even though this was fantastic and I was having a great time, the problem was my whole lifestyle was altered. My diet changed, I was sleeping less and because of the work load it actually became quite stressful.

The Inevitable Started To Happen.

My skin slowly started to worsen and probably due to lack of exercise and the poor quality of the food I was eating, within 8 weeks I was covered in zits and things didn't get any better from there.

After a few months the work eased off slightly and I actually did have the chance to start swimming and made a big effort to get myself healthy again - which I hoped would improve my skin. However, after hoping for the best for a number of weeks, it became obvious that it wasn't going to work.

And that was the point when I realized I had to do something about it.

I Tried Oxycerin & Failed.

At the time, Oxycerin was the 'in thing' to do and after speaking to three of my friends who had had moderate success with it, I decided to give it a go.

At first it worked out reasonably well and my skin did start to improve slightly - and although that wasn't exactly something to get too excited about, at least it was a start. And any 'start' was good!

However, after a few weeks, things began to go downhill. One of the major issues was that I was spending so much money on the product.  $129.99 for a small bottle was far more than I could afford and it seemed like I was going back to the drug store every two minutes to purchase more bottles. I found that I needed much more than the recommended dosage for it to have any real effect.

I was working my way through hundreds of dollars which was becoming a problem, especially as a student.

Eventually I had to stop.

Then I Tried Acneticin Pills But Was Forced To Give Them Up.

After only 14 days using these pills I began to feel unhealthy and ill. I don't know why but even with no medical expertise at all, I recognized that my digestive system was running into problems. I was also getting terrible migraines.

The most worrying thing of all was that I got a warning from my doctor and after deciding that the pain and suffering I was experiencing wasn't worth it compared to the benefit the product was having on my skin, I threw the pills in the bin the very next day.

I then tried a range of scrubs and lotions such as the Asso Gold Cleansing Bar. However, after going through one of the bars within 12 days (it cost $124!) I soon realized that if I was actually going to get rid of my acne for good, this just wasn't going to work., unless I wanted to go broke of course!

Eventually, I found something that worked.

Having spent so much time, money and energy desperately trying to succeed with products, lotions and pills that ultimately had very little effect on my skin was a big regret. However, the next thing I tried that was called Acne Free In 3 Days.

I had never heard of it before and because of my recent experiences, I was initially a little dubious. But after reading some extremely complimentary reviews and learning that the cost was minimal compared to everything else I tried, I decided to give it a shot.

What seemed to be so different with this program was that a major consideration was health although more importantly (obviously!) I discovered an almost unbelievable trick to remove acne permanently using an entirely natural method.

Here's why I recommend it.

The reason why I recommend Acne Free In 3 Days is because I followed their plan for a matter of days and the results were almost unbelievable.

Although it did take me a few days longer to clear my acne that it says on the website, I did manage to clear most of it up in 6 days, which I'm sure you'll agree is pretty astonishing. I'm almost at the stage of being able to look at myself in the mirror again!

In my opinion, this is way more superior and far more effective than any of the other products I tried. Obviously everyone is different but it has worked extremely well for me. The genial part is you simply eat normal food that you can buy from your local store. They tell you what to eat. You eat it - and your acne disappears. What could be simpler? You don't even have to order special pills or drugs from a website or anything like that.

Anyway, I hope you've found this information useful whatever your situation because if I had known about Acne Free in 3 Days a few months back, I would have lost my zits long ago without wasting my time and money with all these other things. I wish you every success!

Sincerely,

Sandy Jameson

How To Get Rid Of Acne Fast – Get The Facts Right First by Allan Lim

We all want to know how to get rid of acne fast. Wouldn't it be nice if we can get rid of those acne overnight?

While getting rid of acne overnight is almost impossible, it is possible to do so in a short period of time, if you consider 7 days a short period. However, it is important to get the facts right first.

The truth is, acne is surrounded by myths. And believing theses myths may cause more harm than good. In this article, we shall attempt to bust some of these myths.

Here are some myths surrounding acne.

1) Acne Myth Number One: Sunlight Can get rid of acne

Suitable exposure to sunlight is definitely great for our health. After all, sunlight helps our body to generate vitamin D. But to say that sunlight can cure acne is a bit of overkill.

Don't forget that over exposure to sunlight can cause sun burn. Prolonged over exposure may even cause skin cancer. Imagine what it can do for acne problems?

So you can see what happens if this myth is taken too seriously! You should instead strive to protect your face from over exposure to sunlight. Any exposure should only be kept to a minimum level.

2) Acne Myth Number Two: You Can Wash Away Your Acne

Some people may have this idea that acne is caused by "dirty" face. So the natural solution is to wash your face more often. When your face is not dirty, the acne will go away by itself.

Not a good idea, definitely. Everything should be done in moderation, washing included. Unless you are in a situation which requires more washing, you should only wash your face about twice per day.

Washing acne prone skin too often can cause irritation which may result in more unwanted breakouts.

3) Acne Myth Number Three: You Can Pop Your Pimples Away

Definitely not! Don't ever try to do it. It will simply cause more irritation to your skin and can lead to even more breakout and scarring. Not to mention that it can be quite painful to do so.
4) Acne Myth Number Four: The Food You Eat Can Cause Acne Breakouts

I have been quite hesitant to include this as a myth. The reason is because I personally believe that the food you eat can have an effect on your acne, especially unhealthy greasy food.

However, there are also arguments that the food you eat has no direct impact on acne breakouts. So, with 2 conflicting views, who should you listen?

Well, regardless of your stand, wouldn't it make more sense to choose a more healthy diet? It might not help directly to get rid of your acne but it will certainly lead to a healthier body. And who knows, a healthier body might help to combat acne?

Acne Solution by ance info

acne can be caused in teenagers just from the hormonal aspect of being a teen and genetics (that stinks!)

Many products on the market just don't work. That's because my son tried some of them. Here are some natural remedies you can try with your acne regimen or alone if you don't have an acne regimen.

To clean your face:

You can use oatmeal and add water. Rub this on your face and let it sit for 15 minutes. Oatmeal is a natural astringent that dries the skin.

Rinse off with water. Get a spray bottle or dab your face with white vinegar or apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar from the health food store has all the enzymes and minerals your face may need. Also the vinegar helps get your skin back to its natural pH. Don't worry if it smells vinegary, it will soon fade.

Then if you want to, you can dab some hydrogen peroxide afterwards. By scratching pimples you can cause an infection so the hydrogen peroxide helps. You can use hydrogen peroxide for any pimples that appear open and can get infected.

And stop touching your hair and face during the day! Do this treatment at least 2 x a day.

Here are other treatments you can try.

You can wash your face with a soap like Aveeno. If you use Aveeno, use the pump brand as soap can sit around and start developing bacteria. You can use a cotton ball to clean the oil from the skin with a cooling astringent. You can buy an astringent or use the vinegar.

Using Neosporin - Dad a little Neosporin on pimples and blemishes. The antibiotic helps clear up acne.

Phillips' Milk of Magnesia. Using this as a facial mask helps dry up the excess oils from your face, and dabbing it on pimples to reduce redness and to speed up healing.

Using ReaLemon. Rub the ReaLemon lemon juice over blackheads before going to bed. In the morning, wash of the juice with cool water. Repeat this for several nights and you should see a big improvement in the skin. Also dab ReaLemon on any blemish a few times during the day when you have a chance.

When you break out in pimples, mix 1 tsp of Corn Starch with 1 tsp of ReaLemon lemon juice to make a paste. Apply to the affected areas and then let dry. This treatment eliminates the redness and helps pimples dry up faster.

Remember, always consult your doctor before using any of the above treatments.

If you suffer from acne, you may need acne skin care products. There are lots of acne skin care products on the market. Which acne skin care products are best? The following list was put together by Teen Advice:

Acne skin care products #1 choice: Astara Blue Flame Purification Mask. This mask is scented with lavender which will help with stress as well as acne. This mask is said to take care of the acne you already have and thwart any acne that may be in your future.

Acne skin care products #2 choice: PhytoMe Acne Gel will not only take care of a really nasty case of acne, it will also help with the pain you may have.

Acne skin care products #6 choice: pHisoderm 4-Way Daily acne cleanser is a product that works for all skin types. Acne skin care products that clean, tone and fight acne are good because they will help with clogged pores and reduce acne outbreaks.
